Client will be emailed a confirmation. If any changes need to be made, contact us immediately by email or call (909) 941-9151 and we will send a modification. Client is responsible for any additional charges such as car seats, international pick ups, tolls, extra stops, wait time, overtime, and parking. Deposits are nonrefundable. Client is responsible to notify us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations & missed flights. We assume no responsibility for flight information other than what is on the confirmation. We assume no responsibility for any lost or stolen items. We reserve the right to substitute an alternative complimentary upgraded vehicle in the event of an occurrence beyond our control. Driver may terminate the charter at any time without a refund if they deem the party to be unruly or endangering the safe operations of the vehicle. We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed an “act of god”. All our vehicle are non-smoking. The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for all missing items, damages, down time and any cleaning to vehicle whether by accident, neglect, or intent. Specifically, such damage includes, but is not limited to, tampering with emergency exits, smoke, burns, spillage, vomiting, broken glassware, scratches, stains and broken windows, televisions, seats, and mirrors. Removal of alcohol bottles and decanters will be charged at a minimum of $20 each. Client agrees that the charges for such repairs and cleaning will be assessed to the credit card for the individual or entity who has rented the vehicle. In the event that the credit card is not able to be charged, client agrees to remit payment for damages within 7 days of the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Sedan and SUV cancellations within 3 hours of pick up time will be charged a fee of $100. Limo and bus cancellations within 48 hours of pick up time will be charged at 100%. If client is a no show, the full rate quoted to complete the job will be charged to the credit card provided.
